We at Western Canadian Modular Home Sales take a different approach to the after-market service traditionally offered by most dealers.
We follow up with a customer walk through prior to scheduling your setup crew. Not all homes come perfect and we perform a through walkthrough to recognize any deficiency. We hire experienced contractors to rectify these deficiencies. Our warranty manager works closely with the Shelter (SRI) factory and our professional contractors to complete your warranty work in a timely fashion.
Manufacturer’s 1 Year Warranty
Your new SRI/Shelter home includes a complete one year comprehensive warranty on all materials and workmanship factory direct! Manufacturer’s warranties other than the home builder, such as appliances, furnaces, hot water tanks etc., are direct through that specific manufacturer.
10 Year Structural Warranty
We are mandated by each province to follow the new home warranty program which we will discuss with you, but rest assure you can feel confident and secure knowing that your new SRI/Shelter home is backed by Canada’s top structural warranty program. As a FactoryPro Warranty Member, our factory must meet high standard of accountability in the area of finance, construction and customer satisfaction. Upon handing over the keys, each new home owner will receive a Home Owner’s Manual that will help you guide you through warranty information as well as the operating systems of your home.
Your new home includes a complete one year comprehensive warranty on all materials and workmanship, factory direct and a two year distribution system warranty. The distribution system includes structural elements, the plumbing, electrical and heating systems of your home. Should any issues arise, our service fleet is deployed to address any and all concerns that might arise in your new home as we back up the best warranty program in the business. Our team is thoroughly trained and equipped to address all concerns promptly and efficiently.
